9330k Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 9330k online betting platform ("9330k", "we", "our") and its users ("user", "you"). By using the website 9330k.lat, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted the full content of these Terms.

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating more than one account by the same person, same household, same IP address or same device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be terminated.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any changes to the information provided must be reported to 9330k immediately. 9330k is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or false information.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently accepted at 9330k are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

• Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly.
• Every deposit must be made from your own payment account.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
• Any transaction fees applicable to deposits are determined by the payment provider's own policy.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing time may generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• KYC verification may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• 9330k reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 (ten thousand taka). The following terms apply to receive this bonus:

• A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies only once and only on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period from the date the bonus is received, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 VIP Program

The 9330k VIP program has 5 tiers and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression through VIP tiers depends entirely on your activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and paid out at the start of the following week.

The following general rules apply to all games and bets on 9330k:

• Each game has its own rules, which are described on the relevant game page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded or the bet will be preserved in accordance with the applicable policy.
• All winnings, including progressive jackpots, are payable, though a verification process may be required for large wins.
• The terms and conditions of game service providers may also apply.
• In the event of a software or server error, 9330k will make its decision based on the result of the last valid game.

9330k reserves the right to change odds for sports betting. Bets placed at accepted odds before the match begins are confirmed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9330k platform and will result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Selling or transferring an account or balance to a third party.
• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

9330k reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• If false identity or information is used.
• Upon order of a court or legal authority.
